These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") apply to the shipping services of women's clothing and underwear products provided by Ember Trade Inc (hereinafter referred to as "we") to all consumer and business customers (hereinafter collectively "you") within the European Union. I Shipping Regulations

1. Shipping Time

We will arrange shipment within 6-8 business days after you have completed payment and confirmed the order information (business days refer to general working days within the European Union, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and EU public holidays).

After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping notification to your email including tracking number, carrier information, and shipment tracking link.

3. Shipping Restrictions

If your delivery address is located in a remote area of the EU (such as some islands or border areas), or in special circumstances (such as force majeure, customs inspection, or peak season congestion), the delivery time may be delayed by 1-3 business days. We will promptly notify you via email if we discover any delay risk.

II Shipping Time and Carriers

From the time the goods are dispatched from our warehouse to their delivery address within the EU, the estimated shipping time is 20-30 business days. Total time = 6-8 business days (shipping preparation) + 20-30 business days (transportation).

2. Carrier Selection

To ensure the quality of our transportation services, we will select legally qualified logistics carriers within the EU with extensive service coverage (such as DHL, UPS, DPD, and reputable local logistics partners) to handle the delivery of your goods. We reserve the right to select the most suitable carrier based on your delivery address, cargo weight, and volume. You can view the default carrier information on the checkout page when placing your order.

3. Delivery Time Delay Explanation

In the event of the following special circumstances, the delivery time may exceed the estimated range. We will do our best to coordinate but will not be liable for any direct losses incurred:

  • Force Majeure: Such as natural disasters, war, strikes, public health events, etc.;
  • Customs Factors: Cross-border transportation within the EU may involve customs inspection. The inspection time depends on the actual processing time of the local customs;
  • Recipient Reasons: Such as incomplete delivery address, inability to contact the recipient, recipient refusing to sign for the package, etc.;
  • Peak Logistics Seasons: Such as the Christmas season, Black Friday promotional period, and other peak logistics periods, increased transportation pressure may lead to delays.

III Shipping Cost Calculation and Payment

1. Shipping Cost Standard

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order amount, cargo weight/volume, and the region of your delivery address. 2. Payment Methods

Shipping fees must be paid together with the product price. We support common EU payment methods such as credit cards and PayPal.

3. Special Shipping Fee Information

IV Delivery and Receipt

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete once the goods are delivered to your designated delivery address and signed for by you or your authorized recipient. Upon receipt, please check the quantity and packaging integrity of the goods on the spot. If any shortages or damage are found, please immediately note this on the carrier's delivery slip, take photos as evidence, and contact us within 24 hours via user@embertradellc.com. We will assist you in negotiating a solution with the carrier.

Handling Unclaimed Packages

If no one is present to sign for the package upon delivery, a pickup notice will be left according to local logistics practices (validity period usually 7-15 business days). If the package is not picked up and is returned, you will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs and related handling fees. Additional shipping costs apply for resending.

Liability for Incorrect Address

If the delivery is delayed, undeliverable, or returned due to an incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect delivery address provided by you, you will be responsible for any resulting secondary shipping costs and return shipping fees. Address changes must be requested before shipment.

V Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

1. General Limitation of Liability

We are only liable for delays or damages caused by our own intentional or gross negligence, limited to the value of the product itself (excluding indirect losses such as anticipated profits and lost wages). If the damage or loss is due to the carrier's fault, we will assist you in claiming compensation from the carrier, and the claim outcome will be subject to the carrier's relevant regulations.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

We are not liable for any transportation-related issues arising from the following circumstances:

  • Force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, strikes, etc.);
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by you;
  • Recipient's refusal to sign for the package or overdue pickup;
  • The inherent nature of the goods and reasonable wear and tear;
  • External factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections and policy adjustments.

VI Other Notes

1. Terms Updates

We may update these terms based on changes in EU transport regulations, adjustments to logistics cooperation, etc. The updated terms will be prominently displayed on our official website embertradellc.com, indicating the "Last Updated Date." The terms at the time you place your order are subject to the latest version published on the website at that time.

2. Dispute Resolution

If you have any objections to the transportation service, you can first try to resolve the issue with us through our customer service email user@embertradellc.com. If the negotiation fails, you have the right to file a complaint with the relevant regulatory authority in your EU member state or resolve the issue through legal channels.
